As the founder and leader of ‘The Sunchase Team,’ Kyle has established himself as a top-performing real estate broker-associate within Levin Rinke Realty. Since 2016, his team has closed over $70 million in real estate transactions, making them a trusted name in the industry.
In addition to his brokerage business, Kyle also runs Sunchase Construction, a construction company that has built 84 homes since its inception in 2017. His expertise in construction and development has also led him to partner in 2018 to form Panhandle Developers LLC, a real estate development company. Under Kyle’s leadership, Panhandle Developers has grown exponentially, developing over $20 million worth of real estate to date.
Kyle’s ambition and drive have led him to acquire properties to develop an income-producing real estate portfolio. His current portfolio consists of 22 apartments, a 9,000 square foot multi-tenant commercial building, and 9 acres of raw land for future developments. In addition to providing expert leadership in Sunchase Property Group’s commercial real estate division, he is also the team leader for the area’s top performing residential real estate team.

Joseph Stevens is an Asset Manager at Sunchase Property Group with two years experience
with the Sunchase Companies, specifically in property management, estimating, and
superintendent. Specializing in Finance, Joseph uses that experience to find new ways to minimize expenses and increase efficiency.
Joseph Stevens, a Pensacola native, and his love for Pensacola has given him the unique perspective on how to assist others in the community. After graduating from the University of West Florida with a degree in Finance in 2021, Joseph Stevens continued his education at the University of West Florida graduating with a Masters in Business Administration. Joseph Stevens is dedicated to continuing enhancing Pensacola and the surrounding communities.
